Tee hooks are designed for catching predatory fish.  They are used in many montages of various baits. Also, in most cases, they are equipped with oscillating, rotating and plumb bobbers.  When fishing for live bait, tees are equipped with a reefers and mugs.  Very often in winter in small sizes of tees are used as a “catch-up” to trollers and on them also solder mormyski and worms. that is probably due to the fact that the tee by its appearance reminds the fish of some of the animals from its diet in a particular body of water.
